Introduction

As a lifelong resident of London, KY, I have dedicated my life to understanding and enhancing our vibrant community. With deep roots in this town, my journey has been shaped by a strong sense of commitment to the place I call home.

Educational Background

My academic journey began at Eastern Kentucky University, where I pursued a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Excelling in my studies, I consistently ranked at the top of my class, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to academic excellence. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration, expected to be completed in Fall 2024. My time in academia has not only sharpened my skills but also instilled a profound understanding of the intersection between business acumen and public service.

Professional Experience and Achievements
At the heart of my professional journey is a profound commitment to community service, exemplified through various leadership roles. As the Founding Director of Unity Allies, I spearheaded initiatives to foster inclusivity and unity, impacting the lives of many in our community. This venture, started at the age of 20 while still in college, marked the beginning of my journey in making significant community contributions.

My role as the Tourism Commissioner for the City of London, KY, stands as a testament to breaking barriers - I am proud to be the youngest and the first person of color to hold this position. In this role, I’ve been instrumental in showcasing our city’s unique charm and potential, bringing new perspectives to our tourism strategies.

In addition, serving as the Vice President of the London Children's Museum has allowed me to combine my passion for education and community development. This position has enabled me to contribute to creating enriching experiences for our younger generations, further cementing my commitment to fostering a thriving and dynamic community.
